Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sales of the Keres – Collector's Edition board game made through the site keres.fr. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
Product
The Keres Collector's Edition is a physical board game manufactured in a limited series, including the game board, engraved pieces and the rulebook. The photographs and descriptions presented on the site are as faithful as possible to the actual product.
Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Collector's Edition price: 45 € (shipping costs additional, calculated based on destination).
Order and Pre-order
The order becomes firm after validation by the customer and payment receipt. In the context of a pre-order, the customer is informed that the product will be shipped on the manufacturing date communicated on the site, and may cancel the order and be fully refunded before shipment.
Payment
Payment is made online through the secure means offered at checkout. Full payment is due upon ordering. Banking data is not retained by the seller.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Indicative delivery times are communicated on the site and start from the shipping date. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or events beyond their control (force majeure).
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To exercise this right, contact us at: contact@keres.fr. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Legal Warranties
Any product sold benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a defect found, contact us at contact@keres.fr.
Access to the Online Platform
Access to the keres.fr online gaming platform is separate from the sale of the physical product. The platform is provided "as is", without guarantee of permanent availability. The seller reserves the right to modify or interrupt access to the platform without notice.
Personal Data
Data collected during an order (name, address, email) is used exclusively for order processing and tracking. It is not transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting contact@keres.fr.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the seller's domicile.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning consumer mediation, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
